If you have questions about how we handle your personal data, contact us at [email protected].
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and password when you create an account; property information and guest-facing content you add to your pages; messages submitted through our contact form.
We also collect information automatically when you use the service: access logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, timestamps) for security and debugging; basic usage data such as which features are used. With your consent, we also use third-party analytics and advertising services as described in the Cookies section below.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to: provide, operate, and improve the service; send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, billing notifications); respond to support requests; detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. With your consent, we use analytics data to understand how the service is used and to improve it. With your consent to marketing cookies, we measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
4. Third-Party Services and Data Processors
We use the following data processors to operate the service: Stripe for payment processing and subscription management — your payment details are handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers; Resend for transactional email delivery; Google for OAuth sign-in and Maps API (property address lookup); OpenAI for AI-assisted features (content drafting and concierge responses); Sentry for error monitoring. With your consent, we also use: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for site analytics; Google Ads Conversion Tracking for advertising measurement; Microsoft Clarity for behavioural analytics (session recordings and heatmaps).
Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement and handles data only as necessary to provide their service. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except for invoices and financial records which are retained for up to 10 years as required by applicable accounting and tax law. Access logs are retained for up to 90 days.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data (right to erasure); request restriction of processing; request data portability; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
7. Cookies and Local Storage
We use essential session cookies for authentication and security. We use localStorage to save your UI preferences (such as billing cycle selection) and your cookie consent choices. With your consent, we additionally use: Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which measures how visitors use the site; Marketing cookies — Google Ads Conversion Tracking, which measures the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns; Behavioural analytics — Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised session replays and heatmaps to help improve the user experience. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via the cookie settings banner at the bottom of this page.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights and freedoms, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
